A round table on the topic of Green Economy in Montenegro is organized by the Chamber of Commerce (PKCG) in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Development.

The PKCG said that, as an association of the entire Montenegrin economy dedicated to partnership with the Government, they are responsible for thinking about the economic future of the country.

"For that reason, together with the Office of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), we initiated the development of the Roadmap of Montenegro towards the circular economy. We also find it important to open the comprehensive discussion on the topic of the green economy in Montenegro and to acquaint the economic sector with activities, initiatives and support programs in this area, " the statement reads.

Ladeja G. Košir is participating at the round table that will present activities and programs in the field of green economy, which, in addition to UNDP and PKCG, are implemented by the Ministries of Economic Development, Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism, Capital Investments and Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management.

The activities of the Investment and Development Fund (IRF), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Eco Fund will also be presented.
